Abdurrasheed is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mollitiam Services Ltd, bringing over a decade of experience in strategic leadership and operations management . He holds a Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom, and is a certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS UK). Currently undertaking a PhD in Management, Abdurrasheed combines academic insight with real-world expertise to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainable value across Mollitiam's operations. His leadership is rooted in deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to ethical and effective business management practices. Under his guidance, Mollitiam Services Ltd has grown into a trusted provider of professional services, delivering measurable impact for clients across multiple sectors.

Dr. Atiku Abubakar (AA)

Dr. Atiku Abubakar (AA) is a dynamic and results-driven Education Consultant and Transnational Education (TNE) Specialist dedicated to enhancing institutional academic quality and strategic growth. He possesses over a decade of experience translating complex research and technology expertise (including AI, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity) into high-impact educational strategies, innovative curriculum design, and effective international partnership management. His proven ability to lead complex projects, secure funding, and drive digital accessibility makes him an invaluable asset for institutions seeking to modernize their programs and expand their global footprint. During his doctoral research at the University of Aberdeen, AA demonstrated exceptional skills in complex system design and knowledge automation, leading to the development of a novel Closed-Loop Qualitative Model Learning (CLQML) architecture. This innovative work highlights his ability to design, implement, and evaluate structured frameworks for automated scientific discovery—a valuable asset in developing new pedagogical models. AA possesses vast, hands-on experience as a lead for Transnational Education (TNE), successfully managing partnerships between UK and overseas institutions to deliver high-quality, UK-based education. He has also successfully led numerous projects, including co-leading a national-level Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TetFund) research project in Nigeria focused on cybersecurity, demonstrating his capability in securing funding, stakeholder management, and translating high-level research into impactful educational initiatives. Committed to broader community impact, AA has served as a volunteer IT support specialist in West Midlands, where he championed digital accessibility by providing technical support and delivering user-friendly training sessions for individuals with disabilities and older adults. Muhammad possesses a robust foundational knowledge in core disciplines, including structural engineering, specialized geotechnical investigations, and the strategic oversight of estate development. His career is marked by the successful leadership of numerous high-stakes projects across Nigeria, directly impacting essential national infrastructure.
