He holds a Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom, and is a certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS UK). Currently undertaking a PhD in Management, Abdurrasheed combines academic insight with real-world expertise to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainable value across Mollitiam's operations. His leadership is rooted in deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to ethical and effective business management practices. Under his guidance, Mollitiam Services Ltd has grown into a trusted provider of professional services, delivering measurable impact for clients across multiple sectors.

During his doctoral research at the University of Aberdeen, AA demonstrated exceptional skills in complex system design and knowledge automation, leading to the development of a novel Closed-Loop Qualitative Model Learning (CLQML) architecture.
